Sarah McCrum – Take one human being. Add a Cambridge University education and 10 years in BBC Radio. Mix in 22 years of training with Chinese Masters. Then combine with a lot of common sense, diverse life experiences and a passion for inspiring leaders. The result is Sarah McCrum and she’s different to anything you’ve experienced before.

Sue Fitzmaurice – My motivation to coach, write, blog and facebook, is to present ideas about the world and issues and events within it, and to assist where I can in inspiring others to be all they can be and to reveal their purpose in this world. I hope to provide some nourishment for the heart, mind and soul.

Karen Maezen Miller – I’m a wife and mother as well as a Zen Buddhist priest at the Hazy Moon Zen Center Los Angeles, California. I write about spirituality in everyday life. My latest book is Paradise in Plain Sight: Lessons from a Zen Garden (New World Library, May 2014). I also wrote  Hand Wash Cold: Care Instructions for an Ordinary Life (New World Library, 2010) and Momma Zen: Walking the Crooked Path of Motherhood (Shambhala, 2006)

My middle name is pronounced “May-zen” and it is my dharma name, or Buddhist name. My husband, daughter and I live in Sierra Madre, California, where we have a century-old Japanese garden in our backyard.

Jen Oliver – Jen is the founder of FitMama, a personal and group training and coaching movement empowering Moms (and openminded Dads) to be the change they want to see in the world, starting with taking control of their own health in both the mind and body. Jen is a certified Bellies Inc. trainer and specializes in the pre- and post-natal journey of building a solid foundation in the body by pre-habbing and re-habbing the core.
